J Polymedia LLC ("J Polymedia," "we," "us") runs jpolymedia.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or sign up for updates, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to collect basic usage data: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, general location (city level), and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry and follow up about our services.
To send updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
To measure our advertising, if we run ads that send people to the site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Tools we use
Wix hosts our website and processes form submissions. See Wix's privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.
Google Analytics measures site usage. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If we run ads on Google or Meta (Facebook and Instagram), those platforms may use cookies to measure results and show ads to people who visited our site.
We may use an email platform, such as HubSpot, to manage our mailing list.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner on our site, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact information while we have a business reason to, such as an active conversation or client relationship. We remove mailing list contacts when they unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@jpolymedia.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
