Our Design Approach

Long-term relationships with our clients is the key to our long-term success.

We think of our team as an extension of yours. Our process always begins with a get-to-know-you stage. Before we can propose an effective solution that meets your marketing goals, we must first learn about you, your products and services, and your current marketing objectives. We want to understand your business personality as well as your product. While we are capable of completing quick turnaround one-time projects for new clients, our goal is to create a long-term relationship with our clientele. Keeping our clients satisfied for the long-term is how we have succeeded and this is the way that we intend to stay successful for many, many years to come.

Together, your team and the J Polymedia team will explore, propose a solution, plan, implement, and analyze results.

1. Explore Your Needs
We will meet with you and your staff to understand your requirements and to ignite your imagination by sharing what possibilities exist for your marketing direction. The goal of this phase is to determine your specific goals and explore the various opportunities to achieve them. Many firms forego this stage. Without clear objectives, neither team - yours nor ours - will be able to determine whether the campaign or project was a success.

2. Propose a Solution
Our team explores various options to determine what design standards should be used in addition to the standards your company already has in place. This continuation of discovery allows us to sift through potential options and then formulate a plan that makes the most sense for your company based on your budget and timeline. In a typical project, we present you with a proposal of the options that we feel will best support your project objectives.

3. Determine an Action Plan
During this phase, our joint teams agree to timelines and key roles. We work with you and your stakeholders to ensure our plan is designed to exceed your strategic objectives. We operate under the guiding philosophy that no two clients are exactly the same, and multiplerojects for the same client may vary, therefore each project plan must reflect the project's unique requirements.

4. Design and Implement
Carefully and diligently, we turn the action plan into live project. Along the way we will continuously communicate to answer any questions. We will display our progress in order to ensure our deliverables align with your vision for the project. Adjustments can be made spontaneously during this stage to ensure an outcome that is equal to or better than originally expected.

5. Maintain and Improve Your Brand by Analyzing Results
Our work does not end upon completion or launch of the project. Your success is our priority. J Polymedia recognizes that to stay vibrant and effective, marketing collateral requires maintenance, the occasional make-over, along with analyzing your website statistics for making needed adjustments. We expect to be the obvious answer when it is time to make an update or to give an already established brand an overhaul.
